Q. My baby is (1 or 2) years old. Is this too young? A: Most experts agree that the earlier, the better. Some feel that exposing your child to different sounds that make up words (“phonemes”) from a foreign language at a very earlier age (infant – toddler) is the first step towards building fluency in that foreign language. If exposed often enough, he will begin to recognize these sounds and hopefully start to repeat them. Videos are a great way to expose your child to the “sights and sounds” of a foreign language. While Language Tree products are developed for an older age group – 3+, babies can also benefit from just watching the action and hearing the songs and dialogue.
Q. When will my DVD be delivered? A: Your order will generally be shipped within 48 hours.  The default shipping method is  USPS First Class. It will take from 3 days up to 14 days for delivery.  There is also an option for Priority Mail (US only) which will take from 2-3 days for delivery.
Q. Who should I contact if I have further questions? A: Please contact us and you will receive prompt attention to your inquiry.
