Q: I keep getting “DNS Error” or “File Not Found” error when I check out?

A: This problem would occur when you use Microsoft Internet Explorer. Your browser is not handling the secure connection correctly.
Be sure to update your browser with the latest service packs.

Q. I added item(s) to the shopping cart, the cart keep showing zero (0) items or empty.

A: Our shopping cart utilize the internet browser’s cookie technology to collect information for your orders. You must allow cookies in your internet browser for the shopping cart to work.

To enable cookies, just select “allow cookies” when asked. Or to enable cookies manually in Internet Explorer:

Tools -> Internet Options -> Privacy -> Advanced -> Enable Cookies

Q. On the secure checkout page, I checked the box to use my billing address as my shipping, I kept getting the error that my street address was needed.

A: Our shopping cart uses JavaScript to accomplish this function. Although it should work on most common web browsers, but compatibility varies.

In the event where your web browser does not support this function, please uncheck the checkbox, and enter your shipping address information manually. Otherwise upgrade your web browser to the latest version of either Internet Explorer or Netscape. Sorry for the inconvenience.
